We initially established Bluebell in 1992 offering fitted bedroom furniture solutions to the local area. As the business has developed, we have added a team of professional staff, a fleet of vans and a dedicated manufacturing unit, situated in Altrincham. We have the resources and expertise to offer you the perfect solution for your lifestyle, from initial advice, through to the finished result.
From fitted bedrooms in 1992 to whole-home commissions
Bluebell Fitted Furniture was established in 1992 in Sale, Cheshire, initially offering fitted bedroom furniture to the local area, with a belief in quality products and outstanding service. Thirty years on, we design, manufacture and install bespoke fitted furniture across Cheshire and South Manchester — kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, media walls, bars and one-off feature pieces — all of it made to measure and built by hand.
The business is run by its founders, Mike and Alison Reuben, who have spent more than thirty years in the furniture industry. As the business has developed we have added a team of professional staff, a fleet of vans and a dedicated manufacturing unit in Altrincham, where our own craftspeople build every commission. Our fitters are employed by Bluebell, so everything from the first design conversation to the final fitting is kept to our own high standards.
