Mike and Alison have built up a strong business that is synonymous with the luxury market of bespoke furniture & high levels of customer care. They oversee the overall running of the business & have a vast wealth of knowledge having been in the furniture industry for over 30 years. They are very proud of the furniture that Bluebell produce and are always looking for new innovations to maintain the excellent standards that Bluebell are renowned for.
Alison is also involved in mentoring programmes and hopes to encourage the next generation of women to believe that they too can successfully operate within what has been seen as a traditionally male field.
Sales Manager
James joined Bluebell in September 2016 as a graduate and quickly proved to be a real asset to the Bluebell Team with his creative ideas, enthusiasm, and keen attention to detail. As Sales Manager he leads the design team in their daily duties and ensures we maintain a high level of customer service from the initial design consultation, through to the final product.
General Manager
Steve joined Bluebell in 2006 as a Junior Designer and over the years has progressed to his role as General Manager. His design skills, attention to detail & professional manner has helped elevate Bluebell ahead of the competition when it comes to design choice and knowledge. He is involved with the day to day running of the business and has built long lasting relationships with a range of interior designers who we are delighted to work alongside.
Factory Manager
John is Bluebell's Factory Manager & along with his team of Cabinet Makers/Fitters has been with Bluebell since we started in 1992. He is known as 'Mr Bluebell' and his vast spectrum of knowledge and skill has helped take us where we are today. John has a 'can do' attitude & relishes customer challenges especially with their awkward spaces!
Assistant Factory Manager
JJ joined us as an apprentice in 2011 and has since developed into becoming an integral part of the factory on a daily basis. His dedication to the company has allowed him to progress to the role of Assistant Factory Manager, where he oversees the manufacturing process as well taking charge of any remedials to ensure our aftercare service runs smoothly.
Designer
Charles joined Bluebell at the start of 2023 and has already proved a real asset to the design team. Having completed a degree in Product Design at Sheffield Hallam University, he has a strong ability to solve problems through the use of clever design ideas.

Company Mascot
Employee of the MonthWhen he's not busy modelling for the likes of Aldi or Amazon, Dennis kindly steps in as Bluebell's company mascot. He even fought off tough com-paw-tition to win the Which? Trusted Trader – Best Mascot 2018 award, for which his parents are immensely proud.
