Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, where we are not required to keep it for legal reasons.
How to make a request
Email our data controller, Alison Reuben, at alison@bluebellfittedfurniture.co.uk, or write to Reception, Bluebell Fitted Furniture Limited, 81-83 Washway Road, Sale, Cheshire M33 7TQ. Please include your name, your contact details, and confirmation of what you would like deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity before actioning a request.
What happens next
We aim to respond to deletion requests within one month. Where we are legally required to retain information — for example, accounting and tax records relating to orders — we will explain what is being retained and why, and how long it will be kept.
